Improving the user experience!
Jamf - Complex Inline Edit Workflow
IT Admins can manage testing and release of patch policies to manage updates of MacBook computers. This solution uses inline table editing to give the power to users.
HealthPartners: Multi-Step Quote Form
Health insurance brokers need an easy way to get health insurance quotes for potential client companies, but plan information and demographics for each employee (including ages and gender) are needed for each quote. This automated tool makes it easy, and guides users step by step through the process.
Veritas: Complex Flows, Scan for Malware
IT Admins need a way to scan backup files for malware before restoring files to their computers after an attack. These flows allow users to scan and recover their files, and view malware detection scan details.
HealthPartners: Medicare Insurance Site
Buying Medicare Insurance for the first time is very confusing. For this project, I did a journey mapping session to discover the pain points and opportunities for the Medicare site redesign, contributing to more enrollments and less confusion for buyers.
Jamf: My Devices Usability Study
IT Admins and Educators need to be able to track lost devices and report them as missing. This flow allows the administrator to track missing iPads, iPhones and MacBooks, along with a prototype and a usability study.
Veritas: Agentless File Recovery Flow
IT Admins want to be able to restore selected files and folders in places where an “agent” from the software cannot be installed. This flow gives power to the users, and was voted the most desired new feature for the releases that year.
